It’s time to sign up and get ready for the 2026 Thanksgiving Turkey Trot at Solitude Ski Resort. This year includes a marked 5K course plus a hike and kids fun run! All events start and finish at Solitude’s Moonbeam Lodge at Entry 1, starting at 7am.
It’s a 5k mountain race - meaning: it will be colder, you may need spikes, you may see a moose, and it will be the best way to start turkey day!

What: 5K Turkey Trot, hike and kiddo 1 mile fun run
When: Thursday, November 26th at 7am
Where: Solitude Ski Resort, Entry 1 Moonbeam
Price: $25 5K, $10 1 mile Hike and kiddo fun run
Prizes and raffle:
All finishers will be treated to breakfast refreshments! Donuts, fruit, and hot beverages! As well as entered into our raffle for a chance to win Thanksgiving fixins, Solitude merch, gift cards to start Black Friday out right, and items from sponsors!
First place women’s, men’s, and best dressed get a cash prize!!
